So far, the caregivers have been prompt. We have good communication with the agency as well.

They do a good job and make sure he's taken care of because I don't have the time to be as attentive as he needs. When ever we would ask her to be there to take care of my mother she would be there. I liked that the caregiver went out of her way to provide the help needed for my mother. What helps me the most is the care for my father in law is the 24 hour watch. I feel comfortable allowing the caregivers to take care of my father-in-law as I go about my business.
